About Benchmax

Benchmax is an independently operated project for building benchmarks and comparing AI models. “Benchmax,” “we,” and “us” refer to the people operating this service. Benchmax is not currently a separate legal entity. These terms apply to your use of the service.

Your account

Use an email address you control. Keep your sign-in links, verification codes and API keys private. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account and for telling us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights to the data, files and other content you bring to Benchmax. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. Only submit content you have permission to use and share with the services involved.

Check a benchmark’s visibility before sharing it. Content you choose to make public can be viewed and copied by others. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use Benchmax for unlawful activity, to access someone else’s data without permission, to interfere with the service, or to bypass access controls or usage limits. Do not submit credentials or sensitive personal information unless you have established that the workflow and its connected providers are appropriate for that data.

AI models and connected services

Features such as dataset preparation and model evaluation may send the relevant inputs to third-party AI providers. Those providers have their own terms and data practices. When you bring your own provider key, provider charges may apply to your account.

AI outputs and benchmark results can contain errors. Review them before relying on them, especially for decisions that affect people. Benchmax does not guarantee that a score predicts performance in every real-world setting.

Availability and access

Benchmax is evolving. Features, limits and availability may change, and interruptions may occur. Keep copies of data you need. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. You can stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account closure.

Changes to these terms

We will publish changes here and update the date above. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
